We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage, pixels, SDKs) on bottlesmart.sbs to operate the site, understand usage, and (where enabled) measure marketing performance. In Japan, certain identifiers may be treated as “personally related information”; handling and sharing are governed by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003).

2) Consent & how to manage cookies

3) External transmission & third parties

When third-party tags/SDKs are enabled, your device may send information such as cookie identifiers, IP address, device/browser info, and event data (e.g., page views, checkout steps). If such identifiers are provided to third parties and can be linked to an individual using their own data, we assess required procedures under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003).

4) No PII to Google / no PII + cookie ID combination for personalized ads

We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise postal addresses to Google via tags/feeds. We also do not intentionally combine PII with cookie/device identifiers for the purpose of delivering personalized ads. If we discover inadvertent transmission, we will take steps to remove the data and adjust configurations.
